A: Sample needs 3-4 days, mass production time needs 3-15 days depends on order quantity.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?

A: Normally the MOQ is 100pcs, if you need a lower quantity, pls let us know and we will do for you as well.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: By sea, by air and by express. Usually by sea will take 15-45 days to different countries, by air will take about 7-15 days, by express will take 3-9 days.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements such size, order quantity and design and so on.
Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly we arrange the production.

Q6. Which format for artwork is acceptable?

A: AI vector file is the best, other format such as PDF, PSD, EPS, JPEG are also workable, but please send high resolution version.

Q7: How about the shipment term?

A: We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP and so on.
